(1 Chr 16:29-33 KJV) Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth. Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein. Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he cometh to judge the earth.
The world today is not stable, the reason the world is unstable is because injustice and inequality reign over the earth. The nature of God has been reduced to a figment of men’s imaginations, when in truth, we are but 'fig men' of God’s creative and infinite power. Can any man boast of his birth, when he is the sustained product of a tiny sperm and egg carried by his parents, yet many today even deny their parents. Can any woman boast of her offspring when without any conscious effort at all, God supplies milk through her breasts. What has the consciousness of man to do with the real ‘tree of life’ and the provision of God? Man has become like a stupid puppet in denial of the unseen hand that pulls the strings over every aspect of his birth, his structure, his righteous behaviour and his demise. And, this is not the first time that world instability has resulted in its destruction, looking back through scripture we see that God, destroyed the whole world and earth in a massive flood, because it had become corrupt. Yet one would have to ask the question, why didn’t God intercede and stop it from becoming corrupt?
Foolish man, can you not see? We are the world, we are the body of life, we are the body of God. Our delusion is our loss. The corruption is our wrong way of living. Our creator can never lose, in denial, we lose the treasure that is our truth and this unsolicited gift which is our life and the chance to live in peace with one another and all creation as ONE.
For if we can make a world of corruption and pain, why can we not make a world of perfection and peace, with the 'right' will?
Yet, we continue to see men place their faith in other men who pose with confidence in their ‘own’ abilities to reign and rule the lives of other men… Are the great Pharaohs of Egypt and the modern leaders of our time… really any different?
We see the Pharaohs trying to build themselves an eternal presence on earth with their massive icons, their hopes and dreams and their eventual mummification… Yet all that remains is their massive pyramids and skyscrapers. A testimony to their eternal hope and self elevation, in cold dead stone.
We see the Jews sold into slavery to the Egyptians for 400 years and what exactly is slavery? Work that you are forced to do, for little reward, in order to survive. It matters little what race you are, except perhaps the stronger you are, the more work you will be given. We hear tales that when the American Indians lay down and die rather than work as slaves… stronger Africans were enslaved to undertake the tasks… And today who are the Pharaohs and who are the slaves?
We have corporate CEOs sitting in boardrooms while employees grind away for their daily bread, feathering the nests of their overlords and investors… who live in short term luxury while exploiting the earth and mindless masses in unsustainability… All that has really changed is the names, the costumes and the actors… the story is the same.
(John 3:19 KJV) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
