(Gen 1:21 KJV)  And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

When a single cell divides it replicates itself, but not identically, each cell is brought forth “after their kind”… but is not an exact replica of the previous generation, somehow and in some mysterious way… something occurs that makes each generation slightly different from the previous. Like some kind of environmental refinement, the next generation is, more often than not, better equipped than the previous generation to cope with the conditions into which it is created. In OO programming terms this is known as ‘extending a class’… it is a process that allows the extension of a concept without damaging the prior integrity of the model. Generally these extensions are ‘good’, unless the thinking behind them is flawed in some way…. This flaw, if not picked up at the modelling stage, will manifest itself at the development stage by poor integrity with the whole architecture, leading to removal and a rethink (back to the drawing board).  This process is known as ‘iterative design’… one could call it ‘evolution’… or ‘intelligent design’ …. Either way, in the world of copyright and patents… it is all contrived by extensions to prior models and human imagination...

Cellular division and extension is not the same as ‘copy & paste’ and is not subject to human copyright law… however it is an incredibly smart way of establishing working standards for the perpetuation of life. If you create something that works, just replicate and extend its structure and behaviour as and when required.  Within each cell we have uncovered a code written in DNA, much like operating code required to activate a CPU.

It seems ironic that men have now reached the stage where they can interfere with the DNA coding within living cells to change the process of life to suit themselves and the world. Yet seek no copyright permission to do such things. How does our creator or any creature for that matter take legal action against such behaviour for compensation?

Like CPU’s interfering with the coding of other CPU’s or robots modifying the design of other robots designed for a specific purpose at a specific time and place… this interference is fundamentally flawed and will result in future chaos without accountability to a greater good (God) and the environmental factors which wrought their perfect creation. The danger with ‘demi-gods’ and humans is that their creations become exponential and chaotic (Babylonian) without accountability to environmental standards and controls (the nature of Gods law). Our creative successes like the alphabet, morse, binary, ascii, tcp/ip and the internet have only been possible because men have collaborated and agreed upon standards of operation, open source and ‘free’ access. Imagine how far the alphabet would have gone if the originator of the letter ‘A’ had taken out a copyright and sought licensing fees from anyone who sought to use the letter.  We seem to forget this part of the 2nd commandment, which was the first copyright law: (Exo 20:4 KJV)
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Today we see an evil way hell bent on making money from every copied and extended idea on the premise that it was original… also hell bent on obtaining social and financial recompense by legal action against anyone who dare copy or extend that idea….. why?

(Mat 12:34 KJV)
O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things?
